Student Check-In and Move In:

  • Obtain check-in folder, pick up t-shirt and have your GWU ID made. The GWU ID card will be used for campus housing, meals, library, Dimensions, sporting and cultural events, and the Suttle Wellness Center.
  • Students with a housing assignment will proceed to their Residence Hall Lobby to pick up their residential key. Students living in the University Commons (Suites and Apartments) will proceed to the Clubhouse to pick up their key.
  • Students without a housing assignment, but in need of one, should report to the Office of Housing and Residence Education (Tucker Student Center 245) for further information about on-campus housing.
